O Conselho de Administração está encarregue de orientar e supervisionar o desenvolvimento estratégico da escola. Este grupo é composto por pais, pessoal e membros da comunidade. Este grupo reúne-se uma vez por mês na International Charter School. As reuniões são abertas ao público.
